The 4 clothes you should avoid wearing to a yoga class!

Amidst all the hubbubs that was created due to the commotion of old trends departing and new trends coming in, there were a few that we could totally count on. The trend of clothes that were related to yoga was one such on which we all could depend. However, even that section was not free from alterations. Some of them were great enough, while some just could pass into oblivion without much effort.

We have always concentrated on what to wear to yoga, without paying much heed to what not to wear to yoga classes. Yoga is more than just black and white, and definitely comfort and fit tops fashion, for some at least. Thus, with the key focus being on what are the clothes you should definitely avoid when going for a yoga session, here is a list of suggestions you can absolutely swear by.

Super short shorts

A pair of shorts is perfect for those intense workout sessions when you will definitely end up sweating. But when it comes to yoga, the pair just doesn’t sit well. Yoga asanas involve a lot of bending and stretching and wearing covered yoga clothes is required, not only to feel comfortable but also to get the maximum support. A pair of shorts becomes an obstruction and distracts your performance. So to avoid feeling uncomfortable, stay away from loose super short yoga shorts

Light colour leggings

It is a misconception that yoga does not build up sweat. Because it does! And if you don’t really want to embarrass yourself, then stay away from light coloured pants. Think of the sweat patches! If the idea is enough to gross you out think of the sight! Also, pick durable materials that will not become thin, especially in the crotch area for a revealing position can be awkward with so many people around. Go for darker shades as that will keep you private parts private and will help you avoid glaring off the sweat patches.

Loose fitted shirts

When it comes to yoga, t-shirts itself should be avoided, let alone loose tees. Every time you do a head down position, they will fall over your right over your head. This can be very distracting, especially if you are not upto a belly show. Either go for a high compression tank top or wear a well-covered sports bra. This is going to boost up your performance by volumes.

Absolutely low on coverage sports bras

Skin show can be a major turn on but when not inside the yoga class. No matter how enticing the perfect specimen of the model wore that cleavage popping sports bra, you should stay away from it. There is actually a scientific reason for this. When you are performing an asana, your body is going to be engaged in certain movements. So if you do not want to play peek-a-boo then just wear a full coverage sports bra. Keep the fashion contest outside the class and enjoy the session as for it is.

So now, with a fair idea of what to wear to yoga and what to avoid at all cost, make a wise choice and splurge astutely. Retailers can make a bulk purchase of the best yoga apparels from prominent manufacturers at discounted rates when register with them today!
